David Ramey's Platt Vineyard Chardonnay has proven to be an outstanding wine of consistently high quality year after year, and the 2012 is certainly no exception. This absolutely stunning Chardonnay delivers expressive aromas of ripe pear, lemon zest, acacia blossom, honeysuckle and wonderful minerality which cascades through the wine. It continues to impress on the palate with its beautiful texture and remarkable balance of fruit and acidity which takes you into the very precise, mineral driven finish.
