LANG & REED Chenin Blanc 2014

Lang & Reed's Chenin Blanc is sourced from a region in Mendocino known for its Chenin Blanc which is referred to as the ‘Talmage Bench’. The 2014 wine was aged in French Oak and Stainless Steel Barrels for 7 Months and delivers fresh, clean aromas of citrus, white floral, honeysuckle, crushed almond and minerals, which all come together in this gorgeous wine. On the palate this has a lovey rich texture with excellent balance and a mineral driven core which carries on though the finish. Overall, a fantastic Chenin Blanc that is excellent right now, but should also evolve with some bottle age. 186 cases made. (Best 2015-2025) - November, 2015 (JD)
