The 2011 Reed Vineyard Pinot Noir from Calera is bold and assertive, delivering layers of intoxicating aromas, including ripe black fruit, crushed cherry, pomegranate, forest floor, white pepper, dark soil, herbs, mineral, potpourri and crushed rose petal. It is incredibly delicious, offering a generous dose of black and red fruits, while remaining focused all the way through the long, velvety finish. Overall, this is on the modern side, but has great balance and leaves you wanting more. (Best 2015-2025) - April, 2014 (MD)
