A very ripe version of Sauv Blanc that is aged in 20% new French oak which gives it some wonderful baking spice characteristics on the nose along with aromas of gooseberry, dried pineapple, kiwi, and key-lime pie. The palate has more tropical notes alongside citrus and dried thyme flavors. High acidity, medium body, and long finish frame the wine. Only 200 cases produced.
