Showing a dark ruby core, with a violet rim the Dundee Hills Pinot Noir from Archery Summit is beautiful to look at and reveals what is to come when sipping. Deep aromas of dark red and black fruits, dried chopped rosemary, and a touch of ground nutmeg rounds out the nose. The palate is much the same with blueberry and dark plum dominating, accented by mocha earthiness and savory undertones. The wine is full bodied, with high tannins and medium plus acidity.
