Durant Vineyard is producing incredible wines and this Chardonnay from Elizabeth Chambers is no exception. This wine has been aged 11 months in 30% new French oak barrels but the oak doesn’t overpower the wine in any fashion but enhances the aromas and flavors of lemon curd, yellow pear and a touch of burnt cream. The palate has a nice wet stone texture and salinity to the finish. Only 110 cases produced.
