A selection of the best nine barrels from the 2017 vintage, Winter’s Hill is crafting delicious estate Pinot Noirs. The nose delivers a touch of forest floor funk that gives way to a red-fruit driven core with whiffs of dried thyme and sagebrush. The palate shows both fruity and savory qualities with flavors of blueberry and black cherry dominating. The tannins are still present and will integrate nicely over the next few years. 220 cases produced.
