A lovely white wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that Domaine Serene has been experimenting with in the Willamette Valley for several years. It is barrel fermented and rests for 14 months in 37% new French oak barrels which injects lovely cedar herbs and sweet toasted baking spices on the palate. Aromas of butter croissant, ripe apricot, yellow apple, raspberry essence and floral notes produce a lovey bouquet on the nose. The palate is rich and full bodied with medium plus acidity and a lovely wet stone finish.
