The top 10 barrels of Pinot Noir are selected for this Dundee Hills wine and it is aged for 10 months. Lovely Pinot Noir aromas of candied red cherry, boysenberry, toasted dried herbs and black tea are all present in the glass. A mineral-driven palate brings red fruit and pencil shavings to a medium length finish with a touch of toasted cinnamon stick lingering on the tongue. Only 260 cases produced.
