Old vines that were planted in the early 1990s, this phenomenal Chardonnay is a bit richer and more luxurious than the others. It’s very round on the palate with gobs of texture and lovely acidity that balances out the aromas and flavors of ripe apricot, yellow peach, white wild flower, white tea, and a touch of dried herbs. I love the herbaceous and fruit-driven palate that hits hard and doesn’t end for minutes. Only 200 cases were produced.
