Resting in stainless steel tanks during fermentation and aging, the Domaine De Broglie Pinot Gris develops slow aromas of wet clay, lemon citrus, white lily flower, and a touch of white mushroom. The palate is more baked apple driven, but also includes those white mushroom notes, alongside some dried poultry herb characteristics. It’s juicy, fruity, and a bit complex.
