A lovely Pinot Noir that is aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak barrels. The bouquet of black cherry, blue plum skin, creme de menthe, pencil shavings, white pepper, and toasted baking spice are bountiful in the glass. Mouthwatering acidity, smooth tannins, flavors of blueberry pie, and a hint of cedary herbs on the back palate complete the wine. Better to wait till 2023 to enjoy it as it’s still very young.
