Fruit that comes from the Estate Revana Vineyard showcases a spirited medium blue-purple core with a ruby rim in the glass. The 2019 Signature is aged in about ⅓ new, ⅓ once used, and ⅓ neutral French oak barrels for 11 months and is incredibly spicy on the nose, with black pepper, nutmeg, and cedary herbs taking center stage. After a few minutes in the glass, notes of boysenberry, black cherry fruit leather, cola, dusty country road, and a hint of toasted cinnamon shine through. Acidity checks in on the medium-high side, tannins are crunchy, and it finishes long and spicy. 499 cases were made.
