Fermented with 100% whole cluster fruit from the Estate vineyard of White Rose, this is a classic “White Rose” Pinot Noir that displays a medium ruby color with a watery rim. Gifting a nose of red currant, freshly picked red cherry, wet chalk, dried rosemary, and a touch of red licorice, it’s an incredible wine to sit with and study. Moving to the palate, you are treated to flavors of ripe red strawberry, raspberry juice, black tea, and juniper berry. Wonderfully balanced with mouthwatering acidity and perfect balance. Best in 2023. Highly recommended.
