Always fermented with 100% whole cluster with just a touch of new oak, this wine develops lovely spicy characters of forest pine needles, autumn leaves, blueberry, and toasted nuts. The palate brings rich flavors of macerated strawberry, green olive, and fresh thyme. The rounded sweet tannins combine with the medium-high acidity and ends with a forest floor and red-fruit finish.
