This lovely Chardonnay from Stoller was fermented and aged for 12 months in concrete cubes before being transferred to stainless steel to spend more time on the lees. Sporting a lovely medium lemon core with a silvery rim, it explodes with aromatics of white wildflower, fresh apricot, flint, and some tropical notes. It’s bright and clean and delivers a fruity and mineral finish. 871 cases produced.
