The 2019 Single Acre Riesling from Stoller is fermented and aged completely in stainless steel to keep the wine sharp and focused, with aggressive acidity. Featuring a medium body and notes of green apple, white peach, lime zest, wet slate, dried herbs, and just a hint of petrol. This one has the potential to age for quite some time. 500 cases produced.
