The 2019 Dundee Hills Reserve Chardonnay is aged in 80% neutral french oak and 20% new French oak barrels and undergoes 70% malolactic fermentation to retain some of the zip you feel on the palate. Cedar spice, yellow peach, dried pineapple, mountain sage, and dried apricot are all present alongside mouthwatering acidity and a medium body. It’s crisp on the mid palate and more rounded in the back. 1250 cases produced.
