The 2021 Domaine Divio Dundee Hills is a scintillating Pinot Noir that impresses in more ways than one. Boasting a shimmering neon ruby core with a pinkish rim, and gifting notes of blueberry compote, freshly scraped vanilla bean, tilled earth, black tea, roasted walnut shell, and just a touch of cherry cola, it’s one of my favorites from the 16-bottle line-up. Fresh, focused, with tremendous purity of fruit, structured but not overwhelming tannins and lemony acidity help complete this fabulous wine.
