Very light ruby in the glass, it resembles the lightest of rosés which shows just a small amount of skin contact. Aromas of white mushroom, wet earth, grilled citrus, and candied apple are bountiful. It’s juicy and earthy on the finish, with gobs of acidity and complexity.
