Another tantalizing and delicious Aspect Pinot Noir from the winemaking team at Domaine Serene, the 2019 Aspect is another captivating example of the incredible Pinot Noirs coming out of the Willamette Valley. An exhilarating nose of crushed black cherry, blue plum flesh, toasted walnut shells, wet volcanic stone, and organic earth are present in the glass. The palate brings additional aspects (no pun intended) of purple flowers and just a smooch of thyme and mushroom. Wonderfully integrated and balanced, this one should show well for the next decade or more. Highly recommended.
