I love the Gamay coming out of Oregon because it’s unique, interesting, and a lot of it is wonderfully quaffable and yummy. This one ages for 10 months in neutral French oak and brings those lovely Gamay notes of fresh strawberry, bubblegum, cranberry, and lemon zest. The acidity checks in on the high side, tannins are barely noticeable, and the finish begs for another sip. Drink now or over the next 2-3 years. Just 96 cases made.
