It spends 15 months in about 25% new French oak barrels. Spectacular notes of blue plum, white pepper, fresh oregano, dried rose, mountain sagebrush, toasted clove, sandalwood, and wet crushed stone. Stunning acidity and crunch tannins frame the core, ending herbaceous and downright delicious.
