SHEA WINE CELLARS Pinot Noir, Yamhill-Carlton ‘Estate’ 2019

Displaying a deep ruby core with a pinkish rim, this wine gifts gorgeous notes of candied red cherry, licorice root, toasted baking spice, dried sage, and a touch of root beer. The palate is a bit more earthy than the nose, with characteristics of ground mushroom powder, black tea, and pine forest all present in the glass. Rounded acidity, silky tannins, and a lovely crushed-stone and mineral finish create a lovely ending on the palate.
