The 2019 Fairsing from Elizabeth Cellars presents a lovely light lemon gold color in the glass with a silvery rim. Boasting notes of dried hay, starfruit, lemon curd, white peach, and honeysuckle, it delivers high levels of acidity and a peach-driven finish on the palate. Only a small production of 100 cases was made.
