CRISTOM Pinot Noir, Yamhill-Carlton ‘AVA Series’ 2019

The nose is bold and beautiful, with deep aromas of black cherry, dried purple flowers, macerated strawberry, fresh linen, dusty earth, and Christmas spices. Presenting a neon purple core in the glass with a ruby rim, it boasts flavors of dried strawberry, pink peppercorn, and tangerine oil. Chalky tannins come forward on the finish, and acidity falls along the medium-plus line.
