This outstanding Chardonnay was aged in 25% new French oak for ten months prior to bottling. It begins with aromatics of brioche, buttered popcorn and poached pear all coming together in the glass. On the palate, rich flavors of white peach, Granny Smith apple and crème brûlée all take shape. This has a wonderful mouthfeel and poise, showing off the characteristics from this cool vineyard site.
