This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine from Red Mountain explodes in the glass with aromas of baked blackberry, black currant, sweet baking spices, cigar box and cedar. The palate is more Bordeaux than Napa with tastes of wild blackberry, black plum, crushed gravel and dried herbs. The tannins and acid are both in the medium plus range which leads to a lengthy and satisfying finish.
