About 50% whole cluster is used in the vinification of this foot-trodden Tempranillo from Red Mountain while it rests for 18 months in new and used French oak barrels. Fruity aromas of ripe blackberry, red plum and baked cherry pie are focused in the glass alongside dried thyme and cinnamon stick. A medium to full-body and chalky tannins produce a very balanced and lovely wine. Only 105 cases produced.
