This funky, reductive and sexy white wine sees extended skin contact and is fermented in used French oak barrels. A beautiful combination of Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc produce an interesting and fantastic white wine that deserves your attention. Displaying golden yellow in the glass with aromas and flavors of dried pineapple, bruised yellow apple, volcanic ash, wild-flower honey and wet clay. Full-bodied with medium acidity, the finish is waxy and long. Only 38 cases produced.
