A serious and thoughtful Cabernet from the Klipsun Estate Vineyards, this is a bottle that you will want to wait and cellar before enjoying. The nose is absolutely phenomenal with wild blackberry, baked black plum, dried mountain mint, tobacco leaf, violet, black walnut, and baking chocolate. High acid, high tannins, full mouthfeel, and a lengthy finish are all present. This is a beautiful wine that deserves a spot in everyone’s cellar. Do not open this for another 4-6 years. It needs time to settle down and become less edgy and sharp. But you can taste the potential, and the future looks bright. Only about 600 cases produced. Highly recommended.
