A 100% Red Mountain Mourvedre that spends 18 months in neutral French oak barrels. Deep and rich on the nose and on the palate - spiced black plum, scorched black peppercorn, dried poultry herbs, and dried mountain mint are all present. Medium levels of acidity meet plush tannins and a unique Red Mountain herbaceous note on the finish. Only 40 cases produced.
