The 2016 'La Bauge Au-dessus' is made from a blend of fruit which has been sourced from Bien Nacido and Le Bon Climat vineyards. This Pinot Noir shows a wonderful old-world, classic Burgundian style as it delivers aromas of sweet red fruits, earth, dried rose, exotic spice, fresh mint and wild cherries. On the palate this is round and silky with lots of red fruits and earth followed by a lovely touch of acidity on the finish. Drink over the next 8-10 years.
