This papaya and tropical-driven Sauvignon Blanc from the Ancient Lakes AVA isn’t heavy on the pyrazines, which is more my style of wine. The nose is clean and vibrant, with notes of blanched almonds, tropical fruit, and Meyer lemon, with a hint of fresh herbs on the front palate.
