The 2017 Cougar Rock Vineyard Pinot Noir displays wonderful elegance and refinement as it begins with an inviting bouquet loaded with red berries, sweet spice, dried leaf, and cherry which are woven together with hints of dried floral and fresh mint all taking shape. On the palate this is delicious and silky smooth. It shows wonderful elegance through the palate into the bright finish. This Pinot Noir is delightful today and should continue to shine brightly over the course of the next decade.
