The 2012 Pellet Estate Cabernet shows a complex range of aromas including black cherries and dark plums woven with pencil shavings, herbs, spices and sweet toasted notes all bursting from the glass. On the palate this is plush and nicely layered with a flavors of dark and red berries, dusty minerals and spice notes all coming together and expanding through the voluptuous finish.
