This 2016 Three Palms Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon leads with its inviting aromas of blackcurrants, black plums, black tea, Asian spices and dusty terroir aromatics that all come together in the glass. The palate has wonderful power and balnace, showing outstanding ripe fruit. Cassis, anise, sandalwood, graphite and mocha flavors all marvelously combine — leading to the long and generous finish. While fantastic in its youth, this Cabernet Sauvignon should offer a drinking window that spans over a decade.
