The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon begins with lovely aromas of dark cherries and dark currants, which are woven together with graphite, spices, florals and earthy soil nuances which round out the nose. On the palate this possesses a wonderful plush, velvety texture with notable overall balance. Flavors of dark cherries and spices all continue to build and leave a lasting impression on the finish. While this is already showing plenty of appeal, it also has the potential to thrive in the cellar over the next decade and beyond.
