It offers seductive nuances of ripe black currants, black cherries and blueberry are woven together with violets, spices, herbs, mocha and hints of earth, that all take shape beautifully. On the palate this is simply gorgeous, showing incredible purity and freshness, with layers of ripe dark fruits that are delivered through a full-bodied frame, which is impeccably structured and polished. It continues to impress as it displays a wonderful enveloping texture that persists all the way through the long supple finish. Overall the 2019 is marvelous today, hoever it should also continue to develop beautifully for many years to come. The Ultimate Debate is produced in a Magnum format only.
