This is a blend of Cabernet, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine is 81% Cabernet with the rest the other parts. The wine has a dense core and begins with aromatics of sage, milk chocolate, crème de cassis and blackberry. There are flavors of black cherry, anise, crème de cassis and mocha.
