The 2021 Seven Springs Pinot Noir is aged for seven months in neutral barrique and is farmed completely biodynamic. Boasting notes of crushed red cherry, dried red rose petals, Earl Gray tea, lemony herbs, and a hint of volcanic rock. Macerated strawberry and an orange zest note hits the mid-palate while finishing with yummy acidity, rounded tannins, and a lemony finish.
