AUBAINE Pinot Noir, Eola Amity Hills ‘Anahata Vineyard’ 2021

Sporting a medium neon ruby core with a light pink rim, the 2021 Anahata Pinot Noir from Aubaine pops with aromas of fresh violet flowers, Bing cherry, crushed black raspberries, dried mint, and tangerine zest. Lemony acidity, rounded fresh tannins, and a medium body combine to create a lovely wine that should drink superbly over the next 7-8 years.
