Harvested early and aged in stainless steel to keep the vibrancy of the wine alive, and then one-third of the wine is finished in neutral French oak barrels to give it some structure and depth. Wild blueberry, dried strawberry fruit leather, crushed lavender, and a touch of smokey meat fill the glass. Displaying a gorgeous light ruby color with a silver rim, the finish ends with an exposé of dried bitter herbs and saline.
