Aged for 8 months in 55% new French oak, the Elizabeth Chardonnay is a solid effort with buttered baked cinnamon apples, fresh pineapple, white flower, dried thyme aromas, and flavors. It’s round and medium-bodied, balanced on the palate, and very well made. Drink now or over the next 3-4 years.
