A unique grape for Washington, this 2021 Picpoul from Gramercy is aged for 4 months in stainless steel. Picpoul is a native grape of the French Languedoc region and translates as “lip stinger” and is typically blended to add freshness to white Chateauneuf-du-Pape blends. On its own, it delivers aspects of lime zest, citrus, green apple, and herbal savory notes. It’s a simple wine, but one that would be perfect to chug on the beach or at the pool - it’s delicious. 475 cases produced.
