A blend of four traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape grapes consisting of 27% Mourvedre, 27% Grenache, 25% Cincault, and 21% Counoise that is aged in stainless steel make up this gorgeous Rosé. The color on this wine is absolutely stunning and shines a beautiful baby pink color that almost glows in the bottle. Notes of green apple, honeydew melon, raspberry essence and a hint of lemon zest are all present in the glass. It delivers high levels of acidity and a medium mouthfeel, leading to a long crisp finish. 1776 cases produced.
