Aged in three different neutral oak barrels, each with a different personality, and then blended together. The nose is very tropical and floral - dried banana, dried pineapple, and white potpourri. Acidity checks in at medium and the mouthfeel is oily and full-bodied. On the finish, you are greeted with luscious tropical fruit and some bitter herbs on the lengthy finish. Only 80 cases were produced.
