Aged for 23 months in new and neutral French oak barrels, this blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, and 3% Malbec boasts incredible aromas of fresh black cherry, boysenberry pulp, cassis, freshly scraped vanilla seed, toasted cedary herbs, and a touch of ground black peppercorn. Luscious and full on the palate, it’s framed by zesty acidity, crunchy tannins, and a wonderful complex and balanced finish. Give it another year before opening, and then enjoy it over the next 15 years. 3257 cases were made. Highly recommended.
