BLEDSOE FAMILY WINERY Cabernet Sauvignon, Walla Walla Valley 2019

Showcasing a dark magenta and ruby core with a purple rim, the 2019 Cabernet from Bledsoe Family Winery combines 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 11% Malbec, along with 1% Cabernet Franc to craft a stunning bottle of wine. It’s aged for 22 months in 57% new French oak, which gives it those lovely toasted baking spice and leathery notes to the wine. Boasting flavors and aromas of blackberry jam, graphite powder, violet flower petals, and a hint of dark chocolate, this one has the stuff to age for another decade or more.
