This delicious Sauvignon Blanc from the Sagemore Vineyard spends 7 months in 80% neutral barrels and 20% stainless steel drums. Lovely tropical notes (mango, pineapple, dried banana) as well as fresh pear, blanched almonds, and cream showcase a rounded, richer-style of wine that I really adore. Rounded and full on the palate, it finishes with a ripe pear and dried thyme characteristic. Just 325 cases produced.
